In the 10th episode of the 10th season, a rape victim is found with no memory of being raped. They investigate and find a serial rapist that filmed the incidents, but none of the women have any identifiable signs. After finding one of them, Olivia refuses to press her to remember and watch the video. Knowing that would end the investigation, Stabler goes and shows it to her and her husband. The trial seems to be going their way when pictures that can be deemed damaging are found about the judge and he is forced to call a mistrial. Angry the women slap Olivia and say she won’t testify again. Olivia finds out that the first victim was his ex-fiancée and he his nailed for the rapes.
