After leaving the baby at the Rizzoli’s doorstep, Jane, Maura and Tommy are exausted. He decides to take the paternity test. Lydia and her mother comes and takes the baby, leaving Tommy helpless. At the stations coffee shop, one of Angela’s clients drops dead, and later is determined was from rat poison. The shop is closed and the food that was served is missing. During the investigation, Korsak runs into his first wife. A new morgue entry causes panic when Maura and Jane are forced to sound the alarm on a possible air threat. After testing, it was something that was treatable. She them makes a connection with all the victims. The client that died was behind a scheme and distributing a bad batch of flu vaccinations.
