A body found floating in the river hits Maura close to home when she recognizes the victim as being her ex’s brother. We learn that Maura was involved with one of the riches family in Boston. Jane senses interference from her when she attempts to question the family. A rich lawyer also seems to want to keep Jane from solving the death. Maura is convinced its an accident, until they find the boat. She determines that nothing on that boat could of killed the man. She discovers that her ex was the murderer. He was in debt and needed to take over the company.
