In the 19th episode of the 10th season of Law & Order: SVU, a missing baby turns into a useless chase for clues when the mother refuses to admit what happened to her own daughter. They later learn that the little girl died of the misels and that there was an outbreak. In their rage over losing their daughter and grand-daughter they decide to sue the city. Being an election year, they are forced to arrest the women that did not vaccinate her child. The jury renders a non-guilty plea. This sends the grand-father over the edge and goes to the mothers house and kills himself.
