The adventure continues in this new episode of Star Trek: Prodigy. Dal, determined to help her, takes M’jel and Zero to the coordinates, discovering that Gwyn is stuck 52 years in the past.
The team devises a plan to use the wormhole to travel back in time to where Gwyn is stranded. With careful calculations and a bit of luck, they manage to navigate the wormhole successfully. Upon reaching the past, they find Gwyn, who is relieved but weakened by her ordeal. The mysterious helper who sent the message also provides crucial assistance, repairing the ship so they can return to the present and reunite with Voyager.
Back on Voyager, The Doctor (Robert Picardo) works tirelessly to stabilize Gwyn. The crew is relieved to have her back but is left with burning questions about their mysterious benefactor. Who sent the message with the coordinates? How did they know where Gwyn was and how to help?
As they settle back into their routine, the crew can’t shake the feeling that someone is watching over them. The final scene of the episode reveals Murf in a secluded part of the ship, communicating with an enigmatic entity. This entity’s motives and identity remain unknown, adding a layer of intrigue and suspense to the story.
The bond between the crew members grows stronger as they face these challenges together. Dal, M’jel, and Zero reflect on their daring rescue mission, realizing the importance of teamwork and trust. Gwyn, now recovering under The Doctor’s care, feels a deep sense of gratitude towards her friends and a renewed determination to uncover the truth about the mysterious entity aiding them.
